The properties of CPNs™ give the unique ability for specific targeted recognition and biological imaging, utilised first in our range of lab reagents. Starting with Flow Cytometry, CPNs™ are available in a range of fluorescence emission wavelengths from 300 nm to 1500 nm.


Products

CPN™475 Blue

CPN™475 Blue has ex/em maxima of 390/475 which means it is compatible with instruments with 405 or 355 nm laser excitation or standard filter sets such as those for DAPI. CPN™475 Blue can be readily combined with CPN™680 Red and CPN™510 Green/CPN™550 Yellow to label multiple cellular proteins in the same sample with minimal spectral overlap.

CPN™510 Green

CPN™510 Green has ex/em maxima of 455/510 which means it is compatible with instruments with 488 nm laser excitation or standard filter sets such as those for fluorescence/FITC. CPN™550 Yellow

CPN™550 Yellow has ex/em maxima of 480/550 which means it is compatible with instruments with 488 nm laser excitation or standard filter sets such as those for fluorescence/FITC. CPN™550 Yellow can be readily combined with CPN™680 Red and CPN™475 Blue to label multiple cellular proteins in the same sample with minimal spectral overlap.

CPN™680 Red

CPN™680 Red has ex/em maxima of 400/680 which means it is compatible with instruments with 405 nm laser excitation or standard emission filters such as those for Texas Red/TRITC. CPN™680 Red can be readily combined with CPN™475 Blue and CPN™510 Green/CPN™550 Yellow to label multiple cellular proteins in the same sample with minimal spectral overlap. CPN™680 Red absorbs in the blue with notable Stokes shift, larger than the majority of organic dyes.

Applications

Flow cytometry


Validation data show that CPNs™ are compatible with the flow cytometry technique and give high-intensity fluorescent signals that are readily detected using the standard excitation and emission configuration of the flow cytometer, with no difference to cell health. Single cells can be detected and individual cellular proteins of interest can be quantified.
